After a long development process it appears that finally Windows 8 mobile devices will receive the update to Windows 10 starting tomorrow. Several online sources including PCWorld are publishing rumors that the delayed rollout will happen March 17th.  Most likely, the first wave of updates will appear for Lumia 640, 640XL devices and the like.
